| Abstract: | The free conversion of RMB will bring more competitive pressure to China's state-owned banks and non foreign fund enterprises. There will be more difficulties in RMB exchange rate management, foreign exchange reserve management, the management of foreign trade and the formulation and management of China's money policies. China should realize free conversion of RMB with great care and reliability. |
