Abstract:Forex clients are overflowing with complaints about their banks. Currency volatility has only made things worse. But, as Charles Crowe reports, there are signs of improving relations on the way. Banks are slowly starting to address the heavy criticism of them for failing to provide adequate service to forex customers. The gulf in understanding between banks and clients has widened recently as a result of turmoil in the currency markets and derivatives' upsets.
