| Abstract: | It is incompatible with the present needs to make RMB freely convertible before the completion of commercial bank reform, establishment of rate system of free market and more opening of financial market. Internationalized finance is the basis of freely convertible RMB. A series of subordinate measures of reform are the prerequisite of internationalized finance. |
