| Abstract: | Countermeasures are to improve the prediction and analysis of the quotation of foreign exchange markets so as to better predictability, further perfect the reform of the foreign exchange system, reform the management system of exchange reserves, improve and perfect the formation mechanism of rates of exchange, establish a coordinated operation system for open markets of foreign exchange and fund markets of RMB , and bring the regulatory market of foreign exchange of foreign-invested enterprises into the system of markets of foreign exchange between banks. |
