| Abstract: | In the early 1994, China started to carry out the reform of the management system of foreign exchanges. The reform has promoted the development of foreign trade and the flow of foreign exchange funds. However the new management system has not been perfected. The merger of the RMB exchange rates and the increase of foreign exchange reserves have intensified pressure on the domestic inflation. For the reform in this line in the coming two years, efforts should be focused on the coordination of the domestic monetary policy and exchange rate policy, the establishment of the RMB actual exchange rate system, Besides , foreign-funded enterprises should not excluded from banks' system of settling and selling foreign exchanges. The foreign exchange banks should organize a RMB deposit through many channels. |
