| Abstract: | With the reform of foreign exchange market deepening gradually, all circles, especially bank, and import and export enterprises, began to advocate establishing forward foreign exchange market in China. This paper points out that now it is only suitable to deepen the reform of financial system, and perfect and standardize market mechanism under the condition that there are no unified standards for setting interest rates and spot rates. We can only establish it at the right moment under the condition that conditions in every aspect are ripe, otherwise, the developing market economy in China will be harmed. |
