| Abstract: | In march, 1996, China began to carry out experiment in banks' exchange-settling and selling in foreign-funded enterprises in Jiangsu province, Shanghai and Shenzhen. This reform will help speed up the turn over of capital of foreign funded enterprises, convenience their purchasing foreign exchange, perfect the reform of banks' exchange- settling and selling and promote foreign economic and trade development. But there still exist some problems: The relations in opening foreign exchange accounts haven't been straightened up. The proportion of quota of basic foreign exchange accounts is on the low side. The risk of exchange rate of foreign-funded enterprises has been increased. |
