Abstract:The increase of foreign exchange reserve can enhance a country's comprehensive national strength, and its ability of payment of overseas account and macro control. But at the same time, it would also produce negative effect, especially form pressure on domestic inflation. When the foreign exchange reserve increases, we adopt domestic tight policy on credit and reduce the scale of credit and in this way we can prevent inflation from happening. Meanwhile, we should also raise the efficiency of use of foreign exchange reserve to avoid too tight money market, which will benefit the economic resurgence and steady growth of the national economy.
