Abstract:There exist an abnormal phenomenon that the internal and external prices of a country's currency have been changed in the international financial field in recent years. It is influenced by the demand and supply forces of money market both at home and abroad and the international transformation of purchasing power of money and the power of investment in capital. It results from the long-term effect of global economic integration law and the relatively independent laws of national economic development of various countries. The multiple combination of fluctuations of internal and external prices of currency is just a reflection of whether a country's economic development is balanced internally and externally.
