| Abstract: | Convertibility under current account has been realized in China, but certain control has been exerted on receipt and expenditure of foreign exchanges under capital account and RMB can't be exchange freely. The focus for the next step of the reform of foreign exchange administration is as follows: on the basis of perfecting the previous reform of foreign exchange administration, gradually loosen foreign exchange control over capital account and eventually realize free exchange of RMB, which includes current account. However, the completely free exchange of currencies should be carried out step by step. |
