| Abstract: | The property rights system is the interest link which keep micro-productive organizations together and it's the prerequisite of forming market mechanism. It is the important economic and legal right's foundation for modern market economy and society working successfully. Only forming a perfect property rights system which can distinct and define correctly the profit and responsibility of various kinds of production's and operation's persons concerned, can we establish perfect market of developed exchange of commodities and various sorts of production factors. |
