| Abstract: | In China, the enterprise groups with various models have been developed by linking with technologies, economy, products, circulations, etc. But the formation of environment of market economy require the group enterprises adjusting their product/ organization structures successively according to the market demand. Therefore, it is insufficient to link only with products and technologies, the crux lies in linking to property right. |
