| Abstract: | Because of the reform the mechanism of production and marketing of state-owned enterprises is approaching to the demand of market economic system. The mechanism of labor, salary and capital distribution is also operating in the market. However, the mechanism of the labor and capital distribution in the state-owned enterprises is generally in the abnormal state. There is friction between administrative and market mechanism. The key obstacle is the present property right system. |
