| Abstract: | The article presents the following suggestions: Try to make the main body of the owners multiple. Designate correctly the representative for the national assets. Establish the scientific and standard company leading system. Carry out the two-way-choice labor system. Practice the enterprise allocation system which is a combination of paying according to the amount of work and the capital. Break away from the enterprise's auxiliary and nonproductive departments. |
