| Abstract: | Transforming the enterprise operational mechanism lays a foundation for the establishment of the modern enterprise system which is the target and direction of the transforming. From a distant point of view, it is possible for the public enterprise with the traditional planning system to become the modern enterprise, by experiencing several mechanical transformation and solving many problems. |
