| Abstract: | Establishing market economy means to reform the economic system totally, especially some basic system conditions. The reform of ownership relation is the most important link. Market economy mechanism is firstly an "interest regulatory mechanism", it is established on the base of a clearly defined property relationship. "One owner" alone cannot develop the market economy. |
