| Abstract: | An important prerequisite for the flow of property rights is renewal of ideas. A firm is also a commodity. Flow does not mean loss and losses of State-owned firms are losses to the greatest entente of state-owned assets. It is impractical to standardize first and practise later flow of property rights. Flow of property rights is favorable to realization of optional allocation of resources and to the rejuvenation of the firms' assets and to the increase of economic benefits of the whole society. It is also favorable to livening up big and medium-sized firms. |
