| Abstract: | The ways to solve the problem in the mechanism of collective-run township enterprises are : (1) The property rights must be reformed; (2) Part of the present collective assets possessed by township enterprises must be transferred by means of selling or lease in order to enliven the store of assets; (3) The mechanism of supervision and control over the collective assets must be established or perfected. Besides, the work like assets evaluation audit, deals on property right and etc. must be done well. The intermediary institutions in these lines need to be established or perfected too. |
