| Abstract: | in the course of transforming the traditional state-owned enterprises into modern corporations, the following 4 aspects should be grasped: (1) making enterprises become actual legal entities in stead of nominal ones; (2) turning the unlimited liability taken by the country into the limited one; (3) clarifying the relationship between government and enterprises and making government administration separated from enterprise management; (4) changing the old organizational management model into modern one. |
