| Abstract: | The matter of property right definition of state-owned collective enterprises in the reform of share-holding system is virtually a matter of the confirmation/ adjustment of ownership, a readjustment of the vested interests or the pattern of the vesting interests. It involves the immediate or vital interests of different kinds of persons, as well as the matter of changing ideology. At least, four principles should be upheld, they are: creation, investment, be just and objective, consultation on the basis of equality. |
