| Abstract: | The author explained his viewpoint that "ownership is also an economic measure" in his article which was published in the China Industrial Economics Research Journal. He writes this paper due to some people's criticizing his above viewpoint. This paper expounds his above opinion once more, clarifies some ambiguous concepts in thinking. It thinks that we reform the traditional state ownership in order to look for the effective realizing way for the state ownership get the state assets given their full play and be more suitable to the needs of developing social productive forces. This essay demonstrates thoroughly the point, which is emphasized repeatedly by Deng Xiaoping, that reform means liberating and developing the productive forces and the essence of socialism is liberating and developing productive forces-the Marxism's basic point. |
