| Abstract: | There exist some barriers hindering enterprises' property right transaction market in its development. As to the issue of property right transaction, there still exist miss understandings and worries. The subjects of enterprises' property rights have not been substantiated. There are lack of driving force of and pressure on the transfer of property rights. The external constraints result from no necessary reforms supporting the system reform. The internal factors for property right transaction market are under developed. Therefore, we should clear up misunderstandings and take a correct attitude towards property right transaction. Besides, we have to deepen reform to create necessary environmental condition for it and standardize market and strengthen management to guarantee its healthy development. |
