| Abstract: | China is still in the primary stage of socialism. It determines China's form of ownership, that is, keeping public ownership in a dominant position and developing diversified economic sectors side by side. In the long historical process, top priority will be given to developing productive forces with concentrated efforts. All forms of ownership which meets the criterion of the "three favorables" can be used for serving socialism. So developing the economy with diverse forms of ownership is a long-term task. This paper points out that the leading role of state-owned economy should be mainly incorporated in the control power. Therefore, conducting strategic reorganization of state-owned economy, adjusting and improving ownership structure suit the need of developing productive forces. |
