| Abstract: | The system of joint-stock partnership enterprises is characterized by direct combination of labour with capital and relative balance among the whole staff and workers in terms of ownership arrangement and stock right setup; combination of voting by ballot distributed by stock with voting by ballot distributed by people and being flexible in setting up corporate governing structure in terms of arrangement of controlling power and management system; combination of distribution according to work on the basis of limited liability system with drawing dividends according to shares in terms of arrangement of surplus extorting rights and income distribution; holding shares internally and conducting free transfer of shares externally in terms of arrangement of transfer rights and stock right management. |
