Abstract:Now accelerating reform of state-owned enterprises through developing capital market has become an improtant guiding principle in China. The key is to how to make them integrated closely. Now close attention should be paid to 1. issuing a certain scale of convertible bonds depending on capital market; 2. cultivating and perfecting investment funds as soon as possible; 3. improving the quality of listed companies. Another issue is the effective management of state-owned assets and state stock rights. It has become the objective demand of accelerating the share-holding system reform of state-owned enterprises for if the functions of the government and enterprises are not separated, no matter in which form, it would not favour the development of share-holding enterprises.
