| Abstract: | The author thinks that great importance should be attached to the problems arising in the current reform of enterprise system in China and the key to the future reform lies in tackling the problems in six aspects including how to establish a proper system. Then he points out the following key issues in the next-step economic reform: establishing a public capital management order stressing legislation, procedure and openness; eliminating the possibility that government officials intervene will fully public capital operation rather than according to laws; forming a fair and efficiency-guaranteeing legal system. |
