| Abstract: | Drawing for reference the experience in rural reform, we should also cultivate actively the interest subject of reform when conducting the reform of state-owned enterprises and establish the share-holding system of various kinds of ownership with workers' participation in a bid to introduce the practice of workers' holding shares. Among the four kinds of practice in China at present, it is more suitable to pursue the practice of workers' holding shares with independent corporation status. Microscopically workers' holding shares is favorable to state-owned enterprises establishing an efficient business mechanism and macro- scopically it would also produce an active social effect. |
