Abstract:The marketization state-owned enterprises model is the scheme of reform of state-owned enterprises, which conforms to China's national situation and can also cure the illness of state-owned enterprises completely without privalization but with the same effect as privalization. There are three basic points for such a scheme: 1. The state keeps the status of large share holder (holding 50% to 75% shares). 2. state-owned enterprises are controlled by the market, of which state-owned enterprises hold 25% to 50% share, and a "incentive mechanism", a "supervisory mechanism" and a "restraint mechanism" are established according to market law. 3. The government protects the interests of state shares by using laws.
