| Abstract: | China's current macro economic situation is that high unemployment rate and economic growth rate tending to be low emerge right after control over inflation. The basic way to solve the problems like unemployment and irrational structure in the present stage and to develop economy is to change the government's function, accelerate the reform of property right system of enterprises and develop locally-run economic entities. In such a course, a moderate macro economic policy is an ideal option. |
