| Abstract: | In terms of aggregate indicators like scale of assets and total output value, all sectors of the economy present a comprehensive upward momentum in China. But the share of state-owned economy has reduced somewhat with an average annual decrease of 2 percentage points while that of collective economy has increased somewhat with an average annual increase of 0.8 percentage point. Now the nonpublic economic sector has become an important component part in China's ownership structure. The forms for materializing public ownership are various and among them, more are ones compatible with market economy. The structure of production organizations of diverse forms of ownership will have a change toward enhancing competitiveness. Non-state-owned economy will infiltrate into basic industries and infrastructure sector to a certain extent. |
