| Abstract: | Power and interest should be readjusted within the contractual forms so as to be able to apply the trial and error method. The readjustment of the relations between the ownership and management of enterprises within the legal forms is irreversible and must be done very cautiously. In addition, we must clearly present and stick to the enterprise capital logic in order to prevent the appropriation of the public capital during the reform of State-owned enterprises. At present the residue income and the controlling power are appropriately distributed among the owner, the manager and the producer, which does not break the capital logic of the enterprises. In trying out the system of stockholding by workers and staff we should adhere to the principle of voluntary participation and so on. |
