| Abstract: | Family system, one of corporation system, suits for initial phase of market economy, and its restriction on China's private corporation is more and more serious with outer condition improvement and corporation-sized expanding. China's private corporation's system renewing must consider noneconomic factors, such as tradition and custom and culture. It is very difficult for China's private corporation to be large-sized industrial and commercial one with modern sense. |
