Abstract:Self and supervisory perceptions of female employees communication proficiency are investigated. Both self and supervisory evaluations of 15 communication skills were utilized as predictors of female achievement levels in two stepwise multiple regression equations. The most significant finding is the importance of perceived communication competencies for organizational achievement.
