| Abstract: | Economic benefit distortion is benefit transfer by the mutual occupation of economic benefits of foreign trade and other departments the result is that the profits and losses of foreign trade departments cannot reflect really their economic efficiency and management level. The paper analyses the reasons and harms of the benefit distortion and points out that the price reform must be promoted, the power for foreign trade must be decentralized, the contract responsibility system of foreign trade must be reformed, and equal trade policies and management measures must be implemented. |
