| Abstract: | Negotiations started between Antenne2 and FR3 in order to unite. It is proposed to ban advertising on TV channel and to impose stricter broadcasting regulations. The plan is backed by Socialists who suggest to set up education and music channels, too. The channels to be launched will get terrestrial frequencies. |
