| Abstract: | Group decision support systems (DGSS) are computer-based systems designed to support the exchange of ideas, opinions, and preferences within a group.A DGSS called DELAWARE was used to collect judgements from experts on the future business environment of car industry in Europe. The communication processes and the decision making content within the DELAWARE application are described. |
