| Abstract: | Only socialist market economy be established can we solve a series of important questions in the course of developing productivity. With the view to develop socialist market economy, the foremost is to make the enterprises the mainbody of market, which depends upon a radical conversion of operational mechanism of state enterprises, enabling them to be the real producers and sellers of goods. This conversion target can be completed through the processes of guidance by classification and by group transition. |
