| Abstract: | Quick and steady economic growth is the most important task in the period of China's economy transferring toward market economy. Government, as a part of market economy system, plays a very important role in the period. Government should be responsible for controlling and adjusting market economy. It should be also responsible for maintaining market order and should promote economic growth. |
