| Abstract: | The paper believes, that it is unsuitable to set the tertiary industry as a hereafter developing strategic in industry of Guangzhou. Now in Guangzhou, the Second Industry is quite large in scale, the scientific and technological levels are higher than that of the other cities in the Pearl River Delta and Hong Kong. It is also superior in the aspect of forming redevelopment ability by imported technologies. Despite the existence of restricted factors, Guangzhou still should put the stress on the Second Industry. |
