| Abstract: | As Commissioner Ruberti stated recently: "1993 and 1994 are a key period in the history of the EC programmes in the field of education and training." And May 1994 was indeed the ideal timing to organise the second efmd EC Dialogue seminar. A group of nearly one hundred people spent two most instructive days in Brussels in the shadow of the Berlaymont building to find out about new trends in EC programmes in the field of education and training.
