| Abstract: | There are two ways for China's companies to list in the stock market of USA. One way is using the name of overseas (foreign) registered company to realize stock issue in USA. Another way is to use directly the name of its own company in China to list in USA. Hua Cheng Jin Bei Car Ltd. Company is the first one of China's companies which list in USA. ADRS (American Depositary Receipts) is the best way for China's companies to list in USA. |
