| Abstract: | In the societies of the developed world the step from the old industrial to the new informational civilization took place somewhere around the year 1975.This step has an influence on the evaluation systems of business processes in enterprises, and partially also in other types of organizations, of developed countries.The evaluation systems in enterprises should not continue to illustrate just the past and the picture of the present, but should also become an efficient tool for the creation of present and future time.Slovenian enterprises should become more familiar with the orientation to indicators of current processes than they are now, and not only indicators of existing conditions.However, at this time a chief characteristic of our enterprises is to look at the indicators of processes with an exceptional distrust. |
