| Abstract: | Recent research has argued that there are dangers associated with "feminine-in-management" positions. The authors have pointed out that although these positions are presented as a call for change in organizational thinking, they in fact do little more than restate existing management approaches under a different name. In this article the authors further analyze the problems and dangers associated with feminine-in-management position. |
