| Abstract: | The reorganization of a company is not a purely technical matter. On the contrary , it affects the complete psychosocial structure. The individual employees react very differently to the change. Some of them are jubilant while others protest or shrug their shoulders in resignation. A multitude of dynamic forces are at work. The task is to bundle them together and to steer them into channels which promise success. |
