| Abstract: | In the process of reform, state-owned enterprise have some characteristics of their own due to the influence of the market mechanism and administrative inference. Their idea of market has been strengthened. Interest-guiding mechanism has taken form. There are irrational factors. Enterprise production seeks after all-roundness. Enterprises practise anti-economic accounting, seek for maximum of wage and welfare and have investment inflation. |
