Abstract: | During a trop to the Asia/Pacific area, John Turner, a program manager with the executive education group at the Fort Motor Company in Detroit, heard a strong message from Ford's joint venture managers. One manager put it this way: "Our joint venture partners are cleaning our clocks out here? We're just not building and managing these relationships well. Yet they are key to the way we will be doing business in this area". |
