| Abstract: | In order to measure maintenance worker productivity and methods to improve it, a productivity management process can be defined through the 4 phases of the productivity measurement, evaluation, planning and improvement. Work sampling, as part of a comprehensive productivity management process, provides a solution to this problem. The specific application presented in this article proves this. |
