| Abstract: | Recent developments in manufacturing technologies indicate these are very trendy times. And now companies are left to sort out and identify those techniques that offer real long term benefits. Techniques by themselves provide little direction in answering strategic issues. Therefore, a broader perspective is needed to deal with these strategies, not only with the implementation of techniques, but also with their management. |
