| Abstract: | The so-called security trust means that the holders of securities entrust financial institutions to take care of their securities and in turn the financial institutions make out certifications for the holders. The current business of trust centers include the following: registering securities for investors and opening stock accounts; providing stock inquiring service for investors, reporting the loss of stock accounts and transferring ownership without the nature of transaction; dealing with agent business related to taking care of securities stocked in other places; doing settlement business specified by the companies which is going to enter the local security market and related business which other companies authorize to do. |
