| Abstract: | At present, China's reform has been on the track of overcoming the difficulties , and the difficulties and the way out lie in the reform of state-owned enterprises. Various reform strategy should be taken. Industries that are unnecessarily nationalized are to be innovated into non-nationalized industries. And those who need to be nationalized are to be nationalized by establishing new stimulating and constraining mechanism. Emphasis should be laid on the establishment of constraining mechanism. The objects of constraining and encouraging are personal incomes, and households and relatives' property, posts, and the realization degree of individual value (including reputation, professional position, etc.) |
